Executive Summary
This year, 2021, saw the creation and formalisation of the WIN Charter, the governing document of the Women of IFA Network (WIN) Committee, following its establishment as a Special Committee during the 2019 London Congress which sets out the objectives and regulations of WIN and its members to:
a) encourage WIN Members to participate actively in scientific work of IFA and in IFA Committees;
b) be a platform for professional women working in international tax;
c) create, enhance and maintain social networking with fellow professionals both within the local IFA Branches, between IFA Branches and regions and worldwide.
