The international Women of IFA Network (WIN) has been active in Germany with the national group “Women of IFA Network Germany (WIN Germany)” since 2016.
WIN Germany supports and pursues the followings goals:
- To build a strong network of women tax experts whose professional focus is in the field of international tax law,
- Increase the proportion of female IFA members,
- Increasing the presence of women in the IFA, especially through increased participation in committees, events and studies.
The personal and professional exchange within the network are promoted, among other things, by nationwide and regional meetings as well as regular professional online conferences.
A prerequisite for participation in the WIN Germany network is i membership in the German Association for International Tax Law (IFA Germany).

However, the professional events of the network are open to everyone, network events are reserved for female tax experts.
