Dr. Susanne Kölbl (Partner at Rödl & Partner) is a business graduate and tax consultant. For more than 15 years, she has been advising globally active company groups in the field of (international) tax structuring, (cross-border) corporate restructuring, tax structuring of company acquisitions and sales, and tax succession.

She is also active as a speaker at lecture events on topics in national and international tax law and is the author of specialist articles and commentaries (e.g. Eisgruber UmwStG, Picot Unternehmenskauf und Restrukturierung).

She is, among other things, deputy head of WIN Germany and assists in the organization of the WIN Tax Conference.
