Dr Ocka Stumm LL.M., attorney-at-law, tax advisor, is a partner at Gleiss Lutz in Frankfurt. She advises on the entire spectrum of national and international tax law with a particular focus on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including the planning of tax-efficient acquisition structures and tax due diligence. A further focus of her work is supporting clients in ongoing (tax) criminal proceedings and tax audits, including internal investigations.

Dr Ocka Stumm is a member of the Women Lawyers in Commercial and Criminal Tax Law, Women on Supervisory Boards, German Women Lawyers Association, advisory board of the Rhine-Main-Neckar section of the IFA as well as a lecturer at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
