Susann van der Ham, Partner (PwC) – she studied Business Administration and Tax Law and is a certified tax advisor – has been advising multinational companies on international tax law and transfer pricing for several years.

She is the author of numerous publications in the tax field, including. She is co-author of the BEPS Handbook (Kofler/Schnitger), the Transfer Pricing Handbook (Bernhardt/Borstell/Vögele), the Transfer Pricing Practitioner’s Handbook (Bernhardt) and the DTA commentary by Gosch/Kroppen/Grotherr/Kraft.

She is also a speaker at numerous specialist events, including at the German Federal Chamber of Tax Advisors on the topic of permanent establishments.
