Steffi Balzerkiewicz, Master of International Taxation (UNSW), works as a (Sydikus) lawyer and certified tax consultant in Berlin. She has 20 years of professional experience in tax law, both in consultancy and in academic debate.

She studied in Potsdam, Berlin and Sydney. For her studies in Australia she was awarded a DAAD scholarship. She is the author of various professional articles on tax law.
