Birgit Faßbender holds a degree in business administration, is a German tax advisor and certified advisor for international tax law and has been advising multinational companies on issues of international tax law and transfer pricing for many years.
She worked for an international auditing firm for ten years and for a renowned law firm for nine years. Since 2020, she has been supporting companies, law firms and tax consulting firms with her expertise in her own firm, by accompanying tax audits, analysing, adjusting, and documenting transfer pricing systems, advising on cross-border restructurings and assessing permanent establishment and withholding tax topics.
Birgit Faßbender is the initiator of the German WIN branch and a member of the WIN Committee of the International Fiscal Association (IFA). She regularly publishes on topics of international tax law and is active as a conference leader and speaker at tax conferences and seminars.
