Anette Maier is Head of Tax Structuring at Allianz Capital Partners, an Allianz Group Asset Manager for alternative investments focusing on private equity, infrastructure and renewable energy.
Anette Maier is qualified as a German lawyer and tax advisor. She holds an LL.M. in International Taxation from the University of London, an MBA from the University of Toronto and an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen.
Before joining Allianz Group in 2015, Anette Maier worked for many years as a tax lawyer in the Munich office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and subsequently as a tax partner in a Munich commercial law firm. Anette Maier is, i.a., a member of the IFA, co-head of IFA WIN Bayern and a board member of Forum Transaktionen im Steuerrecht.
