Dr. Gabriele Rautenstrauch (Certified Tax Advisor, Diplom-Kauffrau, Univ.) is a partner of WTS Group AG Steuerberatungsgesellschaft in Munich and co-head of the global service line International Corporate Tax of WTS Global. Her practice mainly focuses on tax consulting for German multinational enterprises with worldwide operations and US inbound companies in international restructurings, projects in the area of BEPS, PE, WHT, CFC taxation, Pillar 2 (GloBE) and DAC6 (MDR).
Dr. Gabriele Rautenstrauch studied business administration at the Otto Friedrich University in Bamberg, where she also received her doctorate.
Before joining WTS in September 2018, Dr. Gabriele Rautenstrauch worked for more than 15 years at KPMG in Frankfurt and Munich, and have been seconded during this time for 2 years at the European Commission (DG TAXUD) in Brussels. Dr Gabriele Rautenstrauch is a permanent guest of the board of IFA Germany and head of WIN Germany, gives numerous lectures and is author of several publications.
